My name is Zach, I am a New York based writer. I graduated in May of 2026 from Brooklyn College with a degree in Business Communications, a minor in German and Art History. Prior to that I worked as a nurse for 16 years with the last 7 of that working in clinical review where I focused on clinical compliance and ensuring proper formatting of charts.

I received a certification from the University of Michigan in 2020 for screenwriting. I have written several screenplays and short stories. What I love most about creative writing is the catharsis moments that it can elicit. My hopes for my future writing career are to merge elements of art, pop culture, history and maybe even some German into my work.

I try to spend as much free time as I can at any new exhibition in the city, with friends, at a museum or reliving the beloved 90’s at Kim’s Video. I’m an avid reader, cat dad and gym patron who has a very extensive vinyl collection that I have accrued over the last 27 years.
